Welcome to Vellum & Vine. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our botanical prints. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Vellum & Vine owns the intellectual property rights for all artwork, designs, and content on this website.

Limited License: You are granted a license to browse and purchase prints for personal use only.
Prohibitions: You must not republish, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any artwork or images from Vellum & Vine without express written consent. All botanical illustrations are protected under copyright law.

2. Product Information and Pricing

Print Quality: Our prints are produced on high-quality 80lb matte paper. Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor calibration.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing errors on the website are not binding; if we discover an error in the price of an item you ordered, we may notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Vellum & Vine are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will issue a replacement or refund for items damaged during transit.
Final Sale: Due to the nature of printed-on-demand artwork, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind."

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vellum & Vine, nor any of its officers or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. Vellum & Vine shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the products purchased herein.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina for the resolution of any disputes.
